At times we all feel a bit discouraged, a bit down, a big deflated and those days where we just dont want to get out of bed. We may be unmotivated and just cannot get going. We often feel like we are unmotivated but I like to challenge that. Being unmotivated is a copout. Thats easy. The question is why. So I will start be asking myself this. Why am I feeling discouraged?
