Paul asks ” I have just had some feedback through a 360 degree feedback survey which I disagree with.  How do I know that this hasn’t harmed my career. The feedback I recieved from the person I report to was good, but peers at my level and some of my team,  the feedback around communication wasnt awesome. What should I do to assure my managers that the feedback was wrong?”
